Participant registration
Participant registration for VC2022 is open from April 11 to May 22, 2022.
We understand that making plans during a pandemic is challenging. We look forward to welcoming you to the 15th Viennese Conference on Optimal Control and Dynamic Games in person and will continue to monitor the public health situation carefully to ensure all appropriate measures are in place.
Please Login to your user account in ConfTool (or create a user-account, if you have not already) and proceed to participant registration.
Conference fees
There are several types of conference fees:
Regular fee with/without “Discussion Dinner” – 420/370 EURO
(includes conference materials, welcome reception, official conference dinner, refreshments, lunch at the canteen, and optional “Discussion Dinner”)
Reduced fee with/without “Discussion Dinner” – 260/210 EURO
(as above, but applicable only to predoc students)
Accompanying persons with/without “Discussion Dinner” – 110/60 EURO
(welcome reception, official conference dinner, and optional “Discussion Dinner”)
Participants must ensure the correct conference fees are paid to the organiser between 11 April and 22 May, 2022. Online-Payment by VISA or Mastercard is encouraged, and provided during the participant registration process.
The deadline May 22 will not be extended and participants without a registration or without paid registration fee will not be included in the program.
Exceptionally, late cancellations due to a positive COVID test or government imposed travel ban will be considered. In any event a €50 cancellation fee will apply. Please submit your cancellation request to VC2022@tuwien.ac.at with the word ´Refund` in the subject line. Additionally, if you are scheduled to present in an oral or poster session, please contact VC2022@tuwien.ac.at with the subject “Presenter Cancellation” in addition to sending in your refund notice.
Conference Cancellation
In the unlikely event VC2022 must be cancelled, there will be no online alternative and participant registration fees will automatically be refunded within 90 days. Please note the VC2022 organisers cannot be held responsible for other related expenses such as travel and hotel reservations. Participants are advised to check cancellation policies and their own travel insurance policies prior to booking.
